What is a must eat when you visit Singapore? The Chicken Rice would definitely be one of them. With the ongoing travel restrictions, when can we have an authentic Singapore Chicken Rice?\r\n\r\nAsia Society Hong Kong Center, collaborates with BeesyHands, to bring you an online cooking demonstration of the Singapore Chicken Rice. You just need to follow the instructions from the pre-recorded cooking demonstration, and an authentic Singapore Chicken Rice can be easily prepared in your home kitchen. Please take photo of your creation and share it with us.\r\n\r\nOn December 8, we will be connected with Joyce, the demonstrator, who will Zoom in from Singapore, to answer to any questions you may have. \r\n\r\nDo Not Miss This Chance to Learn to Make Your Own Chicken Rice!\r\n________________________________________________\r\n\r\nCulinary demonstrator – Joyce Seah\r\nMs Joyce Seah spent the last 16 years as a stay at home mum. She volunteered as Head of Programmes and Services at a Student Care Centre. She wrote the Values Programme for the Centres, amongst the other workshops which she spearheaded. Her passion is in all things creative, all things to do with hands. It is therefore not surprising that she sees the therapeutic value in the culinary and crafts BeesyHands offers. Now, she devotes her time at BeesyHands as its Founder, writing workshop outlines, working closely with all Beesy instructors, to ensure that all workshops conducted are clear in their objectives and outcomes, personally learning all the crafts and tweaking culinary recipes to make them easy to follow, by adults and children. After all, BeesyHands is all about using the hands to make things authentic and uniquely yours.\r\n\r\nAbout BeesyHands\r\nA social enterprise set up with the belief in providing hands-on learning experiences to children beyond their academic pursuits. They hired retirees who are skilled in craft and culinary skills to pass their knowledge down to the next generation. In this modern world of technology, these hands-on learning experiences can be valuable in their adult lives.\r\n\r\nWho should participate?\r\nAnyone who wants to learn how to make an authentic plate of Singapore Chicken Rice.
