Participants will get to taste the specially designed menu for a delightful gastronomic experience. Part of ASHK’s Around Asia in 80 Days series, Table for Four helps to showcase countries around Asia and bring you their wealth of culture through an “armchair travel” style. \r\n\r\nThrough these intimate dinners, we hope to foster a closer community and encourage participants to explore the hidden gems in the Hong Kong F&B industry. In addition to tasting authentic cuisine specially designed for this event, participants can share travel stories and network with fellow members. In every dish, you can taste the mixture of spices from different cuisines using unique technique to bring a flavorful yet pleasing sensation to your taste bud. Due to the complexity in the cooking, and lack of suitable ingredients in Hong Kong, authentic Peranakan cuisine is a rare gem. \r\n\r\nBorn in a Peranakan family combined with years of experience cooking Peranakan cuisines in Penang, the Chef moved to Hong Kong after marriage. With his roots and connection to Malaysia, he shipped in ingredients and spices from South East Asia to ensure the taste are kept similar.
