These movements are based on principles of pilate, gyrotonic, yoga and qigong with the emphasis on working with the spinal cord. Our spinal cord is a complex and sophisticated system. It is the centre of our body’s functions and the support for us stand upright. \r\n\r\nThrough these movements, you will become more aware of your spinal cord and start to notice the subtle details of the inner engineering of your own body. During the session, you will also get to explore your own body’s range through exploring free style movements with the other participants. It is fun and interactive. \r\n\r\n\r\nSinging Bowls Meditation with Stephanie Luo\r\n\r\nDuring the 45-min session, Stephanie will first guide you to focus on your breathing and body. While playing the Singing Bowls, she will guide you to set your intention for the session. By intention, it can be as simple as \"to relax\" or \"to be open\". For the rest, all you need to do is to allow the vibration to work its way through your body. At the end of the session, your body, mind and spirit will be relaxed, awakened and energized.
