Summer Camp: Parents and Children Mindfulness Practice Series in August

This summer camp is designed for parents and children to bond over mindfulness practice. Setting aside time to connect meaningfully is a cornerstone of building a solid relationship. With our children, we can enrich this time together simply through games, music and by playing together.\r\nIt is a series of four sessions. Each session has a theme and the facilitator will introduce the students some mindfulness practice (including, breath work, body scan, expression of gratitude) in light of the chosen theme. 此星期的暑期藝術營的創意漢字工作坊,邀請了藝術家徐沛之,帶大家認識漢字的結構、含義、以及其在不同書法風格中的變化。\r\n同學將重構自己的中文和英文名字,創作出一個可以代表自己的新漢字,並以中國書法書寫。\r\nThis week of Summer Art Camp invites artist Chui Pui Chee to lead a Creative Chinese Characters workshop. In this workshop, the artist will take you a trip of Chinese character to learn its structure and meaning, and its variation within different calligraphy styles. \r\nChildren will use their names, Chinese and English, to re-construct into a new character that represent themselves, and write them with Chinese calligraphy technique.\r\n\r\n\*此工作坊對象為8-12歲學生│This workshop is for children aged 8-12.

Summer Camp: Morning Mindfulness Practice for Teenagers (11/08)

This summer camp is designed for teenagers (age 10 to 19). It is a series of four sessions. Each session has a chosen theme and the facilitator will introduce the students some mindfulness practice (including, breath work, body scan, expression of gratitude) in light of the theme.
